Refreshments

1. The Farm’s Sun Garden Café will offer light meals and refreshments.
2. Participants are reminded to bring their own water bottle.
3. NO bottled water will be provided at the event.

Note

• If the event is postponed because of Covid 19 or bad weather, the organiser will announce a revised date. Participants have a choice either to keep their enrollment for the rescheduled event or ask for a refund of the enrollment fee. However, fundraising amounts will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and support.
  
• If a participant fails to follow the organiser's instructions to show a negative rapid Covid 19 test result to KFBG staff, the participant will not be permitted to enter the event venue. His / her paid enrollment fee and donation will also not be refunded.

Registration

• Fill in the registration form and pay the registration fee
• Receive a confirmation email

Fundraising

• Create a fundraising account and your fundraising page
• Meet the minimum fundraising amount of HKD 500.
• Receive a confirmation email/ declination email.
• Receive a donation receipt. 
• Receive an Event Pack collection email.

Event Pack Pick-up

• Show your Event Pack collection email to Gone Run staff. (Location: 16/F, Simsons Commercial Building,137 Johnston Rd, Wan Chai)
• Each Event Pack includes a participant's bracelet and a rapid antigen test device for use on the event day.

Note:
On the event day, participants will be required to take a Covid test at home using the rapid antigen test device from KFBG. At the event venue, they will need to bring along two items:
(1) a photo that shows the participant together with his/her negative result and the date and time of the test;
(2) the product insert and packaging of the rapid antigen test kit used. KFBG's staff members will check these items before granting admission to participants.
