Get ready for a day of adventure and joy at Orbis Walk for Sight charity walk on 13 April, celebrating 26 years of making a difference with our own steps! Choose from three exciting routes: a leisurely 3km Family Trail, a delightful 6km Leisure Trail for all ages, or a 10km Challenge Trail, that rewards you with stunning views of Tai Tam Country Park. Gather your family and friends to bask in the beauty of nature, savor the vibrant colors of the landscape, and enjoy a day packed with exploration. After the walk, join us for the Green Carnival and the exciting Color Hunt — it's a day you won’t want to miss!

Green Carnival: | After the walk, participants can relax and enjoy a picnic on the grass. Light refreshments and drinks will be provided, along with stage performances, blindfold experiences, and fun games. | ||

· I/We agree to comply with all relevant rules and regulations and other arrangements made by the organizer. And I shall take part in the Event entirely at my own risks and I shall not hold the organizer, any sponsors and/ or supporting organizations responsible for any accidents of whatever kind, resulting from death or injury, and / or for any damage or loss or destruction of personal properties during the Event.
· I/We understand that it is my/our responsibility to properly receive and keep the electronic admission pass to be used as entry permission. Any electronic or printed admission passes that are lost, damaged or illegally altered will be deemed invalid, and no reissuance will be arranged by Orbis.
Registration Remarks
1. Participants must successfully pay the full enrolment fee by 5pm on 7 April 2025, to confirm their enrolments.
2. Once enrolment is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to participants. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders. Information cannot be modified after confirmation, and all confirmed enrolments and payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
3. Orbis will issue electronic admission passes (including Event details) to individual participants/family participants/team leaders between 12 February to 7 April 2025. Participants/team leaders are required to present the electronic admission passes on-site to collect Event materials. If you have not received the electronic admission passes by 8 April 2025, please call Orbis before noon on 9 April 2025, for alternative arrangements; otherwise, it will be considered an automatic withdrawal from the Event. No reissuance of electronic admission passes, or on-site enrolment will be available on the Event Day.
4. Participants are responsible for properly receiving and keeping the electronic admission passes. No other proof of enrolment or documents will be accepted for entry permission. Electronic or printed admission passes that are lost, damaged or illegally altered will be deemed invalid, and no reissuance will be arranged.
5. Donation receipts will be emailed to participants in batches by 15 June 2025.
6. Should the Event be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Orbis or in the case of a Force Majeure resulting in the Event cancelled, no refund will be made. Orbis shall have no other responsibilities and/or liabilities in relation to the cancellation of the Event. (Force Majeure includes and is not limited to Orbis being unable to perform its obligations or organize or hold the Event due to fire, flood, earthquake, or other severe natural disaster or act of God; or due to protest, riot, civil disobedience, uprising, march, revolt, assembly, demonstration, occupation, commotion, mass gathering, war, insurrection, sabotage, pandemic, epidemic, or terrorist attack or the likelihood of such event or act. A reduction of the approved quota by the Hong Kong SAR Government which is more stringent than those already approved by the Hong Kong SAR Government shall be deemed to be a Force Majeure.)
7. Participants are prohibited from committing or attempting to commit any act that is in violation of the laws of HKSAR and the National Security Law governing HKSAR, and carry out or attempt to carry out any kind of demonstration or political, religious, or racial propaganda at the Event or other venues or areas relating to the Event.
8. Participants understand and authorise Orbis and cooperating bodies to publicly broadcast, edit, transmit or use photos, videos (including portraits and voices) or any records or derivative works of the Event related to the participants, for any legitimate uses in organising and promoting this Event through any media.
9. Orbis reserves the right to determine participants eligibility and make final decisions regarding event arrangements.
